At Roampage, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, where it is stored, and what rights you have over it.
1. What Data We Collect
We collect the minimum information needed to run the service:
Account Information
- Email address (required to create an account and log in)
Trip Content
- Trip names, itineraries, destinations, and dates you enter
- Photos and media you upload to your trip pages
- PIN codes you set to protect shared trip pages
Payment Information
- We do not store your credit card or payment details directly. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which handles all billing data securely. We receive only confirmation of payment status and your subscription tier.
Usage Data
- Basic analytics data such as page views, referral sources, and browser type. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Create and maintain your account
- Store and display your trip pages
- Process subscription payments via LemonSqueezy
- Send transactional emails: account confirmation, password reset, and billing receipts
- Improve the reliability and performance of the service
We do not sell your data. We do not use your personal information for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored using Supabase, a cloud database provider based in the United States. This includes your account information, trip content, and uploaded photos.
By using Roampage, you consent to your data being stored and processed in the United States. If you are located outside the US, be aware that data protection laws in the US may differ from those in your country.
4. Cookies and Analytics
Roampage uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you logged in across sessions
- Remember your preferences
- Collect basic, anonymized analytics about how the service is used
We use minimal analytics. We do not use invasive tracking or build behavioral profiles for advertising purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the service may not function correctly without them.
5. Third-Party Services
Roampage relies on the following third-party services to operate:
Supabase - Database and file storage. Your trip data, photos, and account information are stored on Supabase infrastructure. supabase.com/privacy
LemonSqueezy - Payment processing for Pro subscriptions. LemonSqueezy handles all billing and payment data. lemonsqueezy.com/privacy
Vercel - Hosting and deployment of the Roampage web application. Your requests are routed through Vercel's infrastructure. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy, which governs their handling of your data.
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: You can view the data associated with your account at any time from your account settings.
- Correction: If any information is inaccurate, you can update it from your profile settings or by contacting us.
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To do so, contact us at support@roampage.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
- Data Portability: If you want a copy of your trip data before deleting your account, reach out and we will do our best to provide an export.
Note: Some residual data may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion, but will not be actively used or accessible.
7. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our active systems within 30 days.
We may retain anonymized, aggregated data indefinitely for product improvement purposes.
8. Children's Privacy
Roampage is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and secure cloud storage via Supabase. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice.
Your continued use of Roampage after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
