Welcome to Roampage. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. What Roampage Is

Roampage is a web platform that lets you create beautiful, shareable trip websites to give as gifts: surprise getaways, honeymoon reveals, birthday adventures, and more. You can build itineraries, upload photos, and share your trip page with a personalized PIN.

These Terms govern your use of Roampage at roampage.vercel.app and any related services we provide.

2. Account Registration

To use Roampage, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date

You must be at least 13 years old to use Roampage. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Roampage only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict anyone else's use of the service.

You must not use Roampage to:

  • Upload or share illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person
  • Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the content you create on Roampage, including trip itineraries, photos, and any other materials you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Roampage a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, privacy, or publicity rights.

5. Pro Subscription

Roampage offers a Pro subscription with additional features. Here is how it works:

Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed through LemonSqueezy, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize LemonSqueezy to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your initial purchase. Refund requests submitted within 7 days will be honored in full. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Service Availability

We work hard to keep Roampage available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We make no SLA commitments and are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability

Where possible, we will give advance notice of significant changes or scheduled downtime.

7. Intellectual Property

All Roampage branding, design, code, and non-user content is owned by Roampage and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roampage and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of Roampage shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Roampage is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be secure, accurate, complete, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where changes are significant, notify you by email or in-app notice.

Your continued use of Roampage after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you should stop using the service and may request account deletion.
